The Ministry Story
In 2025, both Bre and Eric were affirmed and commissioned by Apostle Barbara R. Thomas of I Come To Heal Ministries, a covering that solidified their prophetic call and mandate to raise, equip, and send forth disciples across the nations.
Together, they lead TDM as a beacon of hope and transformation. Through practical teaching, Bible-based mentoring, and Spirit-led discipleship, they cultivate a culture where lives are healed, renewed, and multiplied for God’s glory.
Our Mandate
Transformational Discipleship Ministries centers on intentional discipleship. We teach, model, and cultivate obedience to Christ through accountable community and practical tools. Our heartbeat is to see believers transformed by the Word of God, equipped to live out their faith daily, and released to multiply disciples who carry the message of Christ wherever they go.
Prophetess Bre Smith, Founder
Prophetess Bre Smith is a dynamic vessel of God, passionate about teaching the Word and helping others discover their identity in Christ. With a heart for prayer, healing, and deliverance, she equips individuals to overcome spiritual, emotional, and relational challenges through Christ-centered discipleship.
Prophet Eric M. Smith, Co-Founder
Prophet Eric Smith is a visionary leader with a prophetic mantle, called to guide believers into a deeper and transformative relationship with God. His ability to teach biblical principles with prophetic insight continually inspires others to grow in faith and live with Kingdom purpose.
